In the establishment of land transport modes, in this context is taxi, (that managed by conventional business rules), transportation services-based applications / on-line comes with easiness. It make changes in consumer behavior, by facing consumer transportation needs with other modes of transporion. In this article, the subject will get of more profound discussion. There are a variety of perspective to discuss this issue. One of perspective that s relevant to look at the relationship between new media technology, the owners of transpotation mode, and consumers, is an ethical standpoint. An ethical standpoint become, something important to remember the human relationship with technology (in this case the new media) is not free from ethical framework.
