TRAITS THEORY OF LEADERSHIP

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the theory of leadership in understanding how approaches or theories of nature function in leadership. the writer hopes to provide a general view as well as a foundation on important things related to leadership to manage an organization. To know what is the advantage of the theorie of nature in management, and whatever criticism of academics and practitioners to such theory then this qualitative research is a library study that uses books and other literature-literature as the main object.
