IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH NOMOR 3 TAHUN 2018 DALAM MEMBERIKAN BANTUAN HUKUM TERHADAP PEREMPUAN KORBAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL

Abstract

There are a lot of cases in kab. West jcape in both limbs and 79% of sexual assault on women. And most of the suspects who do are girlfriends and strangers known from social media. So in dealing with the many sexual abuse of the medical service, The west jcape, which continues to smoke every year in 3 (three) of the last year, has made it the medical service of ap2kb kab. West jcape always improves service and escorts victims of sexual violence in order to feel safe. As for the formulation of the 2018 regulation of area 3 in providing legal relief to women affected by sexual violence, what are some obstacles to the implementation of the number 3 year 2018 ordinance of providing legal assistance to women in the sexual assault, and what efforts have been made to prevent sexual assault on women from taking place in 2018.

The research approach used in this study is the legislation approach (statute aprroach). The type of research or methodology used in this study is descriptive research. The data analysis used in research is qualitative.

 From the results of this study, according to the 2018 section no. 3 on the protection of women and children, the first-aid service has sought to provide protection to women as victims of sexual abuse. The medical aid kit ap2kb service constraints are a lack of human resources, uptd (regional joint service unit), and provide legal assistance to victims. Efforts made to prevent the eruption were to run the friendly village program of women caring for children.
