Peran Generasi Berencana Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat Dalam Pencegahan Perilaku Beresiko Bagi Remaja Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 52 Tahun 2009 Tentang Perkembangan Kependudukan Dan Pembangunan Keluarga

Abstract

Researchers found that there are still many teenagers in West Tanjung Jabung Regency who engage in risky behavior, one of which is underage marriage. This is also what makes the Regional Government of West Tanjung Jabung Regency form a forum where teenagers in West Tanjung Jabung Regency can get a platform for information, counseling, education, family life services for teenagers and a forum for exploring the potential that exists within a teenager to become the Indonesian generation. The plan is the West Tanjung Jabung Regency GenRe Forum.

This research uses a Sociological Empirical Legal approach with historical methods. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the Chair of the GenRe Forum, GenRe Forum members, PIK-R member Bram Itam Raya, and other relevant stakeholders. The results of this research regarding the role of the West Tanjung Jabung GenRe Forum in preventing risky behavior for teenagers are very important, namely carrying out routine activities at PIK-R, providing outreach, involving PIK-R teenagers in Bram Itam Raya Village in GenRe Forum activities. And the obstacles faced by the GenRe Forum in carrying out its role are the lack of human resources, lack of participation and understanding about the dangers of risky behavior of early marriage by Bram Itam Raya teenagers, and the difficulty of holding GenRe Forum and PIK-R meetings for Bram Itam Raya Village teenagers. And these efforts or solutions include recruiting management, providing socialization on the dangers of early marriage which is packaged in an applicable and fun way and inviting teenagers to know themselves better, and finally planning meetings in advance.
