Abstract

This journal explains the material of the Constitution and the 1945 Constitution Amendments which have distinctive characteristics in understanding the rule of law, but still cannot be separated from the influence of the development of legal thought, both from "rechtsstaat" and "the rule of law" as contained in the Constitution.
