Abstract
Today, many countries are codifying family law which is contained in the form of more complex marriage regulations. To answer the challenges of the times and respond to contemporary family law problems, it seems that the renewal of the age limit for marriage in various countries can be a relevant and urgent solution. As we know, the study of the age limit for marriage is positioned as a fundamental foundation in the framework of forming a quality family. In this literature-based writing, will be explained about the positive law reform that regulates the age limit for marriage in Pakistan, India and Iran by using qualitative descriptive method. The data collection is done by reviewing various related references. From the findings, it can be seen that renewal of family law in Pakistan, India and Iran was carried out to accommodate various contemporary problems related to social and cultural conditions that are rooted in society, by not putting aside the benefit of the people as the main focus of making a law.
