Insiden Bullying Di Sekolah: Akibat Dan Solusinya

Abstract

Numerous factors can have an impact on bullying situations that occur. Bullying is harmful to the victim as well as the one being bullied. Students who have been bullied must therefore be dealt with. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that contribute to bullying and the types of support given to children who are bullied. In order to accurately and methodically describe the facts that emerged during the investigation, descriptive qualitative research was carried out. Techniques for acquiring data included documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of data processing indicate that students who have been bullied are handled using counseling strategies. Recognition, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and follow-up are the steps. Counselors must therefore become more creative in how they deal with students who are bullied in order to decrease the behavior of those students.
