Abstract

Education in the digital era brings new challenges and opportunities in education management. This article discusses various education management strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of education in the digital era. This research uses a literature approach, collecting data from relevant theoretical sources about educational management and digital technology in the educational context. This article identifies several educational management strategies that can be implemented, such as the use of digital technology in teaching and learning, human resource management in the digital era, developing curriculum that is relevant to technology, and implementing learning models that are appropriate to the digital era. This article also explores the challenges and opportunities in implementing these strategies, including change management, adaptive education policy, and teacher professional development in the digital era. Data is analyzed through a systematic literature synthesis to find educational management strategies that can improve the quality of education in the digital era. In this context, adaptive and technology-based education management strategies are very important to improve the quality of education. Steps such as the use of digital technology in teaching and learning, human resource management appropriate to the digital era, development of technology-relevant curricula, and implementation of learning models appropriate to the digital era, can be taken to improve the quality of education. However, challenges such as change management, adaptive education policies, and teacher professional development remain the main focus in implementing these strategies.
