PEMBAHASAN METODE PEMAHAMAN HADIS IMAM SYAFI’I

Abstract

This paper describes the method of understanding the hadith of Imam Syafi'i. The discussion focused on the main problems, namely: the method of understanding the hadith of Imam Syafi'i. This paper is the result of a literature study using the viewpoints of normative, historical and sociological law the result of this paper is to find out how the syafi'i priest concocted a hadith into the science of shari'a which is easily digested and practiced in daily life. In this discussion Imam Shafi'i emphasized the understanding of hadith on four important points, namely: (1). am and Khos (General and Special). Khobar ‘am: applies to all and under general circumstances. Like the number of rak'ahs in prayer, fasting of Ramadhan and the prohibition of doing heinous acts. Khobar khos: the specificity of the law that applies to certain events. Like for example prostration sahwi. (2). Hadith Sunday. Imam Syafii accepted Ahad hadith as hujjah with conditions: The person who narrated reliably in his religion, was known honestly in the narration, Understanding what was narrated, Realizing a lafadz that might change the meaning of the hadith, Periwayatan hadith must be bil lafdzi (word for word) ,The narrator should memorize by heart, or take notes carefully when narrating with notes. (3). Naskh and Mansukh. Imam Syafii limits the naskh in 3 ways: There is a written stipulation from the Prophet Muhammad, or from some friends, or from the person who heard it from a friend, the Agreement that one hadith hatched another. By knowing the order of the hadith. The earliest was attended by those who came later.
