Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in Islamic education management in the development of students' morals and ethics. The issue raised is how teachers can utilize managerial strategies to enhance students' character. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with interviews and observations in several schools that implement Islamic education. The results of the study indicate that teachers play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs focused on moral and ethical development. They implement various methods, such as project-based learning, habituation of good behavior, and teaching religious values in the context of everyday life. Furthermore, teachers also serve as role models and motivators for students in cultivating good behavior. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that the role of teachers in Islamic education management is vital in shaping students' character, enabling them to face the challenges of the times effectively.
